Career Positives - About Us

We began our planning in July of 2007 with only five like-minded individuals passionate on giving something back to the community and wanting to help those less fortunate than themselves.

At Career Postives we know that by educating individuals in areas of personal and professional development it will increase their self respect, self empowerment and better prepare them for the present economically challenged environment.

In just a few short months those individuals and new volunteers now form a strong base of 28 professional community social activists.

We firmly believe that as individuals we can "Turn some of life's negatives into Career Positives".

We are presently awaiting our 501c3 non-profit status and are seeking members for both our Board of Directors and Advisory Board.

In addition to those volunteer positions, we are seeking additional volunteer members for our Fundraising, Grant Writing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Training, and Research & Development teams.
